Hello all,

I recently ordered a Gerber EZ Out with a serrated edge from Roger. After experiencing a small problem with delivery, Roger and the folks at Knifeworks.com quickly cleared up the issue and made things right.

There is no doubt that occasionally small problems will arise when we are using the internet and telephone for more and more sales. The true buyer friendly business will step up as Roger did, and keep the customer first, while still making a buck.

I agree. He has good prices and his website is updated frequenty. And they ship faster than anyone else I have delt with. After having problems with some other dealers, I try to stick with Knifeworks and New Graham.
 
Ive known roger for about three years (?) I suppose. Roger is a very honest and forthright person. I have to say if any of you want to deal with someone who is concerned about the service they offer you its Roger!!! when you have a problem he doesnt play the "its your problem now syndrome". He always tries to do the right thing.
 
I have dealt with Roger about 4 or 5 times time. I am very very pleased.

And since I live in Louisiana, I get my stuff the next business day.

I recently ordered (late one afternoon) a KA-BAR Becker BK2 from Knife Works. It shipped the same day. The customer service was exceptional, too.

When I placed my order I had no idea where Knife Works was located. Turns out it is less than an hour away. (Yeah, I'm pretty new.) So, my son and I made a visit today and met the man and ladies behind Knife Works. Roger very graciously gave us a tour of his facility. To say that we left impressed with those good folks would be an understatement. Roger knows his business and he knows people... and he's just a pleasure to deal with. Most of you probably already know that, but just wanted to add my 2 cents.
 
Agreed. I've used knifeworks more times than I can remember. Always decent pricing, accurate in stock labeled as such, super fast shipping to florida anyways, and super helpful. Good old fashioned southern style hospitality. What more could you want. Plus they are located in the deep south.:)
