Just finished up a Kitchen knife that has some sickly thin tapers and a ultra thin grind
BLADE:
Steel: AEB-L
Hardness: 62 HRC (Heat Treated By Peters with Cryo)
Overall Length: 12 3/4"
Blade Length**: 8"
Width: 1 3/4"
Spine Thickness: .105"
¼ Back from the Edge: .028"(or less)
Edge Thickness: .005"(or less)
Finish: 220 Grit Satin for a nice looking but very durable finish that doesn't show all the little scratches that you would get on a knife like this
Grind: Full tapered Flat Grind
Spine is smooth and rounded
HANDLE:
Finish: 400grit satin finish
Material: Stabilized Curly Maple
Pins: 5/16" Loveless bolts
SHEATH:
No sheath, but comes in a zippered padded case
