We've had a HUGE influx of new faces in the last week or two. How about if you are one of these guys, say "Hi" in this thread so we can see everybody. I'm losing track there's so many new people. Becker is exploding with popularity.

Hi, Matt from NW Montana
Have a BK11 and a BK2 on order.
Have big Plans for the BK2 after reading up on all the mods.
Awesome Forum!!

This is my first post. Thanks for the warm welcome. Some nice Biscuit told me to stand in line here, so I did. And then they gave me this number. I don't own any Becker Knives, but I'm hoping to get my first one with some birthday money that my grandma is gonna send me.

Beckers are awesome!!

Ok, lets let Tanner's thread bear some fruit, no more OG's posting in this thread, please.

What counts as "new" in your mind, Tanner? I've not been a Beckerhead for THAT long, and compared to folks like Moose, Derek, Oregon, Cap'n, and of course, Trade, I'm distinctly new. But then again, I've been on a fair bit longer than some.

3rd post here. Currently have a BK4, BK7, BK13, and just ordered a BK11 here on the forums. Have to say, it's been most welcoming so far and feeling nothing but love from the community!

Totally new to the forum in the last 2 weeks. I've seen a whole bunch of first posts here.

Newbie from Utah here. Some of you may know me as the Lucky SOAB who picked up a BK7 and BK9 at a steal of a price. I am loving every minute of them and the forum. I have already done some mods to my 7, thanks to all the helpful tips. I will post pics asap.

I'm totally new here as well. I was given a bk2 and stumbled here.

plans are to strip the coating, bleach and blue, with some micarta, then give it a good ol convex. Also a bk leatherworks sheath for it. drop leg and altoids attachments.

I've really enjoyed reading the threads and seeing the great community!

I would be one of those newbs. Purchased my first Becker, a BK17 just a week ago and I can see what all the fuss is about. Picked up a BK15 today. I'll have to do a thread shortly on the sheath mods I'm finishing up. I will probably strip the coating, at least on the blades sometime in the near future, or just let hard use wear it off, we'll see.

Great forum.

You've gotten to third base. Wait until you wield a BK9 in your sweaty paws....The tweeners (what we called the shorts before now) are great, but the magic still lies in the full sized Beckers. You'll see.....

The good news is that the Shorts are pulling in fresh people, just like we figured they would. Once you try and punish a slab of Ka-Bar heat treated 1095cv Ethan Becker designed goodness out in the woods, you won't trust another knife maker again.

Good thread Tanner. I can't keep up either. New blood is good.

that is all.
