Roll Call: Tired of the Haters?

Nice post, Tamishigiri, but I fail to see the obvious relevance to Haitians and Haters.
Everyone has an opinion, and to themselves only is it a Truth.
Opinions are not statements of truth.
Many may agree with an opinion, but it doesn't make it a truth.
A truth stated is the truth, and not an opinion.
This is my opinion?

Not much sense of humour here these days or what? You guys take this just a little bit too seriously.

Also, I would recommend not having a "jerkit" smilie available if there are some kind of laws against using it.

1) I don't believe you got an infraction just for using that smiley. I believe you got it for using it on a Super Moderator.

2) In a discussion you started about people being hateful, it is ironic that you would address another member, moderator or otherwise, with the suggestion he is a jerk-off.

3) Your suggestion that others are taking what you said too seriously leads me to wonder why I'm even bothering to reply to you. You certainly didn't seem to have made your original post humorously.

4) I hate that fking smiley myself ...
