Rookie??

I have never seen a G-10 delica 4 in person, but online the pictures look very nice. I bought a FRN Delica 4 and liked it, but ended up giving it to my dad. i bought a rookie thinking it would be an even better EDC because it was smaller. now that i have the both, i would probably rather have the delica. the rookie clip is so insanely tight, and it's pretty hard to open. the way the clip is positioned on it, it doesn't even conceal better than a delica. again this is just my opinion, but now that i have actually seen both in person i would go for the delica. i'm probably going to end up selling or trading away my rookie.

How does it compare to the G-10 delica 4?
I am also interested in this question.

I received my Rookie G-10 yesterday. It was way smaller than I thought it would be. In fact it looked like it was some mini of a mini? There is a liner on the clip side only. To keep it thin and light. The blade was nice but the hole again was tiny, like for a child’s thumb. It feels so delicate I was afraid it would break in my hands. Of course we all know that's the novelty of this super small, lightweight knife. We also know that it will not brake. However I could not muster the comfort level to conduct any kind of medium strength cutting. There is no jimping on the top or bottom. So hold on tight, but not to tight because one side is only G-10 which feels very nice and is well done. It’s a beautiful mini knife.

I'm not sure what this knife was designed to do other than the lightest of cutting or just plain collecting. I returned it after 24 hours (in mint condition for resale by my distributor). I would have kept it as a cool little knife if the price was not in the $90 range. I liked it's looks and style. But for $90 I can get a knife that fits my needs better.
