RoseCraft Knives

Sorry for the confusion, Paul, I meant that OHO users might try a RoseCraft slipjoint and enjoy the modern precision they are used to. I've never seen a RoseCraft OHO, either.

In spite of them all being quite traditional, Case standard offerings and GEC are pretty different animals from RoseCraft. Case and GEC have more of a handmade feel to them, with subtle little quirks and characteristics that let you know the craftsmanship involved in their manufacture. Rosecraft have a more precise, crisp, machine made feel to them, a pinnacle of modern manufacturing. They remind me a lot of the limited Case-Bose Collaboration knives, but without the premium steel and handle materials. RoseCraft are a definite value buy, especially for the modern OHO crowd who are dipping their toes into the traditional market.
Well said Jeff .

...........yes, I shoulda said that too, Jeff black mamba black mamba

I'll stick m' hand up and confess am one of those weirdos that is not partial to patina and the taint of ferrous steel with their food..........and, precise, crisp pocket knives light me up.

Have many more carbon bladed ones now I've been rubbing shoulders with you fine fellas, but keep them meticulously clean.

Thanks for the quite comprehensive response, In hindsight, I realize what a poor question it was that I asked.

Really like those knives. I just got a Awanata today, and I can hardly open it. Are they all that stiff? It’s a well made knife, for all of that, and I’m looking forward to getting an Olachuckie Jack soon.
