RoseCraft Knives

The D2 is delivered very well ground and sharp, no criticisms from me on this except that other knife makers should also deliver their knives sharp. Yeah, I know we all have to sharpen them and put our own edges on them sooner or later  but if it arrives sharp it makes subsequent maintenance easier, it's also a sign to the customer that the manufacture cares.
I worked with a Chief in the Coast Guard and noticed his pocket knife wasn't very sharp. I offered to sharpen it for him and he said no, he would rather just buy a new one.

The one thing I miss in RC knives is one of the things that make it possible to sell near-perfect knives at low prices. There are no brass liners, because the liners are made integral with the stainless steel bolsters. I really like the look of brass liners, especially on the back. If anybody has a two-blade RC knife, does it have a brass spacer between the blades?
………we can have those knives with brass liners AS WELL 👍🏻😎🤩

Hatchie Jacks arrived. I like them, except one thing, they're nail breakers - for me. Otherwise, they're sharp with good F&F, etc... I'll see how things go over the next few months.

That’s the one and only thing that keeps me from buying a Rosecraft knife. I can’t do nail breakers anymore but dang, they are putting out some stellar patterns!

Only some of mine are nail breakers. Unfortunate when it happens to be a pattern you really like. Hopefully they can get more consistent with pull across the patterns.
