You crack me up, if someone sent me a knife that was damaged and painted to try to hide it I would be pissed I would want my money back and never deal with them again I wouldnt go back and try to by knives from them the very next day.
 
Shao, the lack of a reply to my question makes it appear like Andrew is right, you made an offer and then low-balled it. As soon as you make an offer, you agree to take it for that very amount if the seller agrees. Simple as that.

No I said I was interested in those knives, but not that I would buy them. I hadn't made an offer yet, I was about to - but I never implied that I wanted to buy them at that price. Expressing interest and saying "I'll take them are two different things". This guy is derranged and editing e-mail logs to try and save his reputation because he's a fruitcake, and frankly I'm done with this because I have to go to work.

I don't know what you have against Shao, but you're definitely the first. Our wedding is in September. I've been with him for 6 years and I've never meant a more sincere, honest man in my entire life. I simply cannot believe the lies you've spouting against him. I've seen your doctored e-mails - as well as the originals. You sold him a worn and pitted knife as NEW and when he tried to warn former community members you started a lynch mob. Look - we're too old to sit around all day and play Bladeforums politics. You have e-mailed users on this board with hate propadanda and that in itself should warrant a ban. After he bought that worn out 812HSSR with worn BT2 coating from you, he gave it to his nephew - not sold it as you seem to have everyone believe. After doing my own research I found the person who bought the 812HSSR on Ebay from plasticandsteel - and he tells me it's absolutely perfect (Trimar101)!

I have no dog in this fight so please dispense with the "dog pile" allegations before you MAY start.

My ONLY issue is a short term of lack of patience for lies and spin. Frankly, you both (actually it is very clear to me that you are the same person but that is pretty irrelevant at this stage), that is you and shao, seem to insist on a constant twist of your own issues and words.

On the other thread you admit (after some specific dialog) that YOU are the E-Bay seller in question. However, here, you "...found the person...". This constant double speak is shao...

Obviously you people have your minds made up. None of you are addressing valid points anymore. Here's a summary of what's happened:

1. Shao complained that Royals1982 sold him inferior knives
2. Royals complained that Shao was trying to haggle with him
3. Shao made the point that making an offer is not haggling
4. Royals is infuriated at this spends days and nights trying to tell
everyone what a crook Shao is
5. Shao defends himself for making an offer (which the seller clearly states is open to)
6. Royals starts making physical threats against Shao
7. Shao warns him not to, backs away from the conversation
8. I purchased a 875 from Royals1982 unaware that it's the same guy Shao
had all the troube with - I NEVER RECEIVED THE KNIFE
9. Weeks later Royals stirs up the hornets nest saying I made a chargeback
on a knife he sent me saying I was trying to rip him off
10. Shao had no idea I bought that 875 from Andrew
11. Royals starts another hate thread and has somehow gotten Shao banned

HOW IS THIS SHAO'S FAULT?

Isn't the main valid point that you and shao got caught up in your lies and now no one wants to deal with you? That seems pretty valid to me. Now you're trying to double speak your way out of it and you are looking like a bigger POS. IMHO
