I'm going to list this one up for sale if any Beckerheads here are interested! Etched, blued, oiled logos, SS hardwear, micarta and a complete sandblast strip!

I like the extra length on the 5 better. They are real close in size, so it's redundant to keep 2 that are similar in size. Plus, I need a bk9. Everyone keeps telling me that I "can't not have a 9"!

I realize I'm in the minority here, but I can "not have a 9." I had one. Two, in fact. They are both gone, but my BK4 is still here. The King just didn't do it for me. The BK4 on the other hand, is like an extension of my arm, and as big knives go, I find to be incredibly versatile.

(now I put on my Nomex suit and hide behind some very solid cover)

I have my 4 and it's not going anywhere, neither is my 20. I'd have to wield a 9 in my hand first, so see if I like it or not, I love the blade length and shape of it!
 
Someone say the 12 is discontinued!?
I thought they were limited availability because they're made in small batches.
 
Yeah, Doug Ritter announced late last year that his KW Grip, bk12 and his other Perseverance fixed blades are all discontinued now. Once they are gone from KW, they are gone for good!

NO!!!!! Not sure where this rumor got started. Just to be clear, ONLY the Benchmade produced knives have been discontinued. The Perseverance / BK 12 is still available. At this point there's no expectation that it will go away anytime soon.

Yeah, you're right, it is the Benchmade stuff, including the fixed blade. I wasn't too sure on this one though....

Nooooo 91bravo Dont list it!!!! I just scored a Bk6 Patrol Machete plus your Bk5 (sweet knife) I'm tapped out and can't buy your 12:(
 
Grrr, I want it. I haven't ordered mine yet. But I won't have full funds until this weekend when I complete a couple sales.
