Stripped the spines out of the Torx pivot screw (my bad), contacted Ryan Wilson and he took care of me promptly.
Note that this is not something normally covered by anyone's warranty, and I was pleased to be the beneficiary of Ryan's generosity and understanding.
Says a lot about a person when they make a fine product and strive to please their customers.
