Being his usual kind self, Thomas Welk, from Kershaw Cultery, has asked me to post the picture of the brand new Leek featuring S30V and G-10 handles.

I am sorry to say, that they won't be up for one to two days b/c I am not at my home currently. By Sunday though, I should have it posted, and let me tell you though, it looks AMAZING!!!

It's retailed for $129.99 on the Adobe poster...

Until then... sweet dreams - of the Leek that is...

Did you just start making stuff up? Can I ask why a guy from Kershaw would want you to post pictures instead of doing it himself?

Your posts seem a bit "fishy".

And I'm not talking about the S30V leek. We've known about that for a while now.

Fisher, I did send FliGuy an image to look at, and share with the forum, as I was having a few issues posting the pic. Sorry if there was confusion.

HA... lol, sorry about the confusion as well. I meant the new one that's due out for '06, that will feature the same blade shape, but use the S30V and the G-10 materials.

Once again... thanks to Thomas Welk...

Just wanted to share some of that pre-game love, that's all, lol... ;)

P.S. It looks so sweet though... your wait will be worth it.

Regulars to the forum will recall that "G10/S30V Leek Lust" is a recuring theme here. It's truely a wonderful thing that Kershaw is going forward with the concept. The lines of the Leek, simple as they are, was an instant hit with me, and many others. It's great to know that there will be "steel snob" version available.

G10? Is it a liner lock, or is there a full thickness lockbar & only one G10 scale on the opposite side?

hardhart, I'm not sure how to answer that question. I would wait until Thomas from Kershaw replies, and clears the issue up professionaly.

Morning all,

We tried not to "re-invent" the G-10, S30V Leek. These will have a standard liner lock, no frame lock or stud lock.

You may send it to me. I'll post it today.

Thanks, Vassili.

P.S. It better be no less then 1000 pics wide may be more I can crop or resize myself.

Hurry up and post that pic! It sounds like a great, "Gotta Have" knife to me. :)
