S30v tenacious? Come on Spyderco!!

Hi Baliflipper,

US dollar to Chinese Yuan is 5-6 to one. A USA made Tenacious in a better US steel would cost as much as a Military / Para 2.

Thanks for adding that, Mr. Glesser. My Tenacious is the one that started me on this path. But the PM2 feels like my destination.

My only question now is ... what to buy next? I've got a Sage 1 for the office and the blackout PM2 for heavier duty. What am I missing?

I realize this now, after i got my PM2 in the mail yesterday, i would understand why spyderco would only make a budget version of the Tenacious. If it costs the same, it wouldn't sell because the PM2 is a lot better quality wise. The Tenacious is great the way it is. :)

Anything non-stainless won't even register on my radar, for a folding knife.

That's ok but a lot of knife afis will really appreciate an excellent performing carbon steel on a folding knife. Witness the superblue caly's. Those knives take a real knife afi to appreciate.
