Ban, would be neat to see a spine shot to see what .050 looks like. Is this thin enough to give the blade some flex ?
I'd have bought it if i'd have been here in time. Then i'd have have skinny and fatty Banutkos.

It is quite thin and will flex if you try to bend it with your hands. However, at 61rc it is hard and still stiff enough for most all of my kitchen cutting tasks.

Thanks Ban. I see some flex as good for cutting pineapple, filletting fish and quite a few other food items. And i'm sure it still will remain straight for cutting up things like carrots, etc. where you don't want flex, as it is quite a deep blade.
