Sacha Thiel Officer, well maintained USER dressed in carbon fiber. Not 100% sure, but I believe the blade steel is Boehler N690. To be perfectly clear, if you are looking for a Sacha Thiel safe queen to put in your display case and inspect with a magnifying glass, keep looking, because this one is not for you. It has been carried. It has seen light use. It has been re-sharpened by BFs own Sam Conover (MailGuy) to a mirror edge on his Wicked Edge. I have used it a little since, but not for anything more demanding than mail or packages. If, however, you would like an Officer that you can put in your pocket with no regrets to use and enjoy, you have come to the right place. You will find a few hairline scratches on the blade in the right light at the right angle. You will no doubt find minor handling marks on the Ti frame and the carbon fiber scale. You will also find an early bank-vault lockup with zero blade play and the smoothest opening folder on washers I have ever held. Youd swear it was on bearings. Both blue and orange back spacers are included, as well as the padded zipper pouch from Sacha.
