I pulled at the plastic enough to see if it had the "Blue" logo, which it does.
I can't see that its any different than the one that I sent back, so I'm deciding whether to keep it or not.
An up date on the one I gave my co worker for his birthday. He called and told them of the problem. They asked if he bought it,he replied he got it from me as a gift. They told him I would have to call.I just called and told them I had bought it brand new from a member here. They sad I would need the name of the original person that bought it from or the order #.I can't find the thread from where I bought it so no way to get the name.
I guess if anyone buys one from anyone other the Saddleback they really need to get the original order number with it if they want a warranty.

Post this story on facebook. Take them to task on a public forum and see what happens. I'd wager things go much more smoothly. An up date on the one I gave my friend for his birthday.

I gave a med wallet to a co worker for his birthday. He is not using it because it was breaking all his cards.I told him to send it in but he most likely will not, shame it is just going to sit unused.
My new medium bifold showed up last night. The leather is much thinner than the leather of the old one that was breaking cards... the wallet as a whole is much more flexible. Fully loaded it is about as thick as the old one with nothing in it.
Just a bit of followup on this... the new wallet (doesn't have any blue logo) made it about a year before it started breaking cards as well. I just looked at the site and I don't see the medium wallet listed anymore. Was this design discontinued?
