Sadly Sold -NIB CRK Large Sebenza Native American CGG

I just did. Thats life. I hope he will keep it and not just sell it for a huge profit. But then its will be his and he can do what he likes. I just wanted to sell if at a fair price and I guess I surly did.
I dig your outlook. You got your full ask price, regardless of market value, and the buyer got the knife he rightfully claimed. I’d say it’s a good deal all the way around. Congrats to both of you gents

I guess I didn't.
Keep an eye out as I will be selling more. At 74 years old I will be thinning my collection. My wife would cut potatoes with it after I'm gone. My boys took some of the ones they wanted and that is all that matters to me.
You're a great human being, Ron! One day when i'm looking to move some of my collections I hope I can do it with your attitude! If you happen to have a CGG "Crop Circles" please let me know. It's been my holy grail for year.

Deep Respect for your attitude, sir. I disagree on one point, however. If the buyer tries to flip this, they are a horrible person and I hate them.

The buyers knife is on its way. I said its yours and I don't like to ever go back on my word. Yes it was a mistake on my part. I have no malice on what he did.
I kind of though what would I do in his place. If I saw a great buy and if I didn't respond first, someone else would have. If I read most of the posts before I said its yours then I guess I could have pulled the knife and re-posted at a later date. Not sure how the rules apply in this situation. But again I said it's yours.
I wonder if I ever pick up a knife that is way undervalued would I handle different. I would hope so.
Believe me I learned a lot from this transaction and would like to thank all who responded to this post. I tried to answer all those who responded, but if I missed a few I'm sorry.
This is a Great Forum and have enjoyed being a member for all these years. Learned quite a bit from all those willing to share. Many outstanding members.
Regards,
Ron

I am sure that I speak for ALL of us here when I say we are happy to have you as a member Ron. You have earned our respect as a stand up individual and a man of his word. The world would be a better place if there were more like you sir. Well done. You'll be repaid in different forms many times over I'm sure.

Thank you. That means a lot to me.

Nicely said Ron! In the end, a man in only as good as his word. Clearly your word means a lot to you and now, others. You handled it with class.

That being said, make sure the buyer gives you positive feedback on the sale when the time comes! :p

Ron, after witnessing your professionalism and integrity with this sale, I would buy any knife from you and send cash in the mail just based on your word. Cheers to you!
