I just did. Thats life. I hope he will keep it and not just sell it for a huge profit. But then its will be his and he can do what he likes. I just wanted to sell if at a fair price and I guess I surly did.please no....i've been looking for this knife for years

I dig your outlook. You got your full ask price, regardless of market value, and the buyer got the knife he rightfully claimed. I’d say it’s a good deal all the way around. Congrats to both of you gentsI just did. Thats life. I hope he will keep it and not just sell it for a huge profit. But then its will be his and he can do what he likes. You're a great human being, Ron! One day when i'm looking to move some of my collections I hope I can do it with your attitude! If you happen to have a CGG "Crop Circles" please let me know. It's been my holy grail for year.I guess I didn't.
Keep an eye out as I will be selling more. At 74 years old I will be thinning my collection. My wife would cut potatoes with it after I'm gone. My boys took some of the ones they wanted and that is all that matters to me.

The buyers knife is on its way. I said its yours and I don't like to ever go back on my word. Yes it was a mistake on my part. I have no malice on what he did.
I kind of though what would I do in his place. If I saw a great buy and if I didn't respond first, someone else would have. If I read most of the posts before I said its yours then I guess I could have pulled the knife and re-posted at a later date. Not sure how the rules apply in this situation. But again I said it's yours.
I wonder if I ever pick up a knife that is way undervalued would I handle different. I would hope so.
Believe me I learned a lot from this transaction and would like to thank all who responded to this post. I tried to answer all those who responded, but if I missed a few I'm sorry.
