Salmon Recipes?

I usually bake mine with some Chef Prudome's Salmon Seasoning. It turns out great and very very easy. Along with this you can add a bunch of different veggies but I usually stick to a steamed medley.

One day I'll try grilling again but I usually break the meat into little pieces by turning to early/late.

Awesome thread! I LOOOOVEEE SALMON! From the can, sushi'ed, pan-fried, great also for our "sinigang" (sour broth with local vegs), etc.

Honestly, this is truly one of the things I'm envious about you guys in the N. hemisphere. Around here it costs about 200 pesos/kilo if I recall correctly (its vague because you don't really buy it on a regular basis because of the cost).

Anyone else want this to be a sticky?

season with salt & pepper, throw into the fryingpan with lots of butter, wait until it's nice and golden before turning over, throw in some onions. when fish/onions are finished, cover the whole thing in creamed milk(?)(the stuff you make wipped-cream from) and a lid.
let it simmer while you boil up some potatoes.

Assault with knife and fork.

This sounds great. Tonight's recipe.

we always smoke ours (with alder or fruit woods), the key is to use "real" maple syrup
(not brown sugar) plus your favorite spices.

Coho around here is great and relatively inexpensive.
I'd like to try Copper River.
