I've spent an awful long time playing and using big high quality knives ....... This one is a really sublime piece

The Sam knife is impressive as everything he does.
But I must also say that I always amazed the way in which you move and samples the knife. Is noted that you have a lot of hours handling knives.
Congratulations, the video is excellent, even though I do not understand English, I've seen several times..

There was a time when I trained with edged weapons and studied Kendo and Iaido

It was many years ago but like any thing that has been committed to muscle memory even though I never train anymore and don't really handle big knives much these days it just flows when I pick one up

Balance and ergonomics are so paramount to me

I often kinda smile a shows when I pick up a knife off someone's table and they are worried that I'm going to drop it

I guess some folks would never think of alternating grips by hand rolls etc over concrete but. Never give it a second thought
