Sam Lurquin Tsavo Project 2014 Complete Project Done

Mine is the fifth from the left.
The temperline is one of my favorites of the bunch.
again, I am very pleased with both the knife and sheath, thanks to all that made this possible!

Thanks. Been crossing them off as they are reported, trying to figure out which one will arrive at my door. Waiting (im)patiently....

Fourth from left is now in my sticky hands. Knife and sheath are beautifully designed and built, they compliment each other perfectly.
Thanks to Joe and Sam for making this happen.... And in such a short time frame.
Looking forward to the next project?

Looks like mine will be one of the two in the middle. Tom Petty said it; "the waiting is the hardest part".

Do the wood handled knives travel slower in the mail, or have I missed where someone has claimed one of them?

Roger, if it helps my knife was posted on the 15th of September and only had to travel from Belgium to the UK.

^^^ Cheers - I don't consider mine overdue by any stretch yet - I just haven't seen any of the other wood-handled models claimed and my idle curiosity as to who owns which is an itch in need of scratching. :D

No. 6, looks like yours is No. 7. ;) :D Counting from the left, anyway. My Tsavo arrived today. It is #6, from the left. This is an amazing package, knife and sheath both expertly done. I will try to post a photo later on. Headed home with mine right now.

Sam, Jeremy, Joe...you guys rock.

Amazing from start to finish!!!

I'll readily admit I'd like to get a class with my brother Sam on how to stick to a project timeline. :foot: :)

Putting in 70 hours a week at work now is hampering that for me, but even when doing this full time I could never stay on track as well as Sam did... truly inspirational in every detail.

An amazing project with my two good friends/brothers... JoeyP and Big Sam. :)

Thanks! If they've made it to the Ozarks, then it should only take a week or so to get to the third coast. ;)

Congrats to all those who got in on this and a big time thank you to Joe and Sam for bringing thought into reality.

Roger,
I will help you out a little. Mine is the koa one. You know the best looking one out of the group.
I might be a little bias about it.(ha) know but seriously what a bunch of awesome knives.
Roger mine has not shown up yet either. Which is okay it will get here in due time.
