Same knife, or rotate?

I used to rotate all the time, but lately I've been carrying my pimped Southard continuously. To make up for it, I've been carrying something else, and rotating the something else (usually something smaller, a Kopa, Dragonfly, Ripple, 707, WH E6-3, etc.).

I skip the Southard only for ultra-knife sensitive environments. On days I'm in Chicago I've been carrying a CS Tuff Lite, and a Sage 2 is my Milwaukee knife.

So, it's a mix. The same thing everyday but still with a little rotation . . .
 
I EDC Native5 and C83 Persian every day. Also I carry small gents knife in the watch pocket it either Kopa Cocobolo or Moki Glory.
 
I'll usually carry the same knife for a week or so and then rotate if I feel I need a change. I have no set schedule sometimes I'll change daily sometimes I'll go a month before I swap.
 
I rotate whenever i buy a new one but i always go back to my spartan or counterpoint II. The only exeption is when i am going into boston and might be doing somthing stupid then ill carry my evo junior cause its cheap and falls within the rediculous city ordinance.
 
I usually carry a different knife everyday. But I choose what I carry based on what I'm going to be doing. I have knives that I carry to work which are of the smaller/utility variety, and larger ones that I carry when I'm about and about. I have a modest collection, but just enough knives that it's hard to choose sometimes. I definitely have my favorites though.
 
For the most part I carry a small Insingo 21. If not that, then a small Regular. I roate through those two a good bit, but there is no rhyme or reason to it.

I think I need to add a lesser expensive knife to the rotation, that way when I carry my Seb I will appreciate it more.
 
I can barely go for even a few hours with the same knife in my pocket. I acknowledge that its a borderline mental illness, but I'm okay with that.
 
I'm down to about 4 knives now (not counting SAK's and Moras).

I've been carrying an S30V mini Ritter Griptilian for about a month now. It does everything I need just fine. I do love the Spydies but recently I've felt the need to have American Made stuff in my pocket.

Can't really call something an EDC if you don't carry it every day.
 
I try to rotate as much as I can to give my other knives some pocket/use time, but when I have a new knife come in, it usually gets more time and attention for me to try it out and break it in.
 
I've been carrying my small insingo every day since I got it about five months ago. I will often carry a second knife as well, and that one I tend to rotate between the other knives in my collection.
 
About a year and a half now, my EDC is the M390 Para2 - now with micarta scales.
I carry it 5-6 days a week.

In a suit, I'll carry my Vagnino P-38.
Visiting an elementary school, I'll bring the SwayBack Jack.
Swimming or playing near water, I'll take a Salt I.
Otherwise, for me, it's all about the PM2. I've tried a ton, and own a bunch, but that's as close to the perfect EDC as I've found.
 
I was raised in a not so wealthy family. so ive got the "Its good till it breaks" sort of thing drilled into my head. so despite the tons upon tons of knives in my collection. ive been edcing the same kershaw blur for the past year.same terrible "modding" job i did with a dremel on the spine years ago. but it still works great and theres no reason to dirty up a new knife when ive got this old piece of tank still sitting around hehe
 
Nope, been carrying the G-10 Endura for over 5 years now and an Endura of some flavor for 9 or so. Some time back I tried to fine something "better" and sampled a good half dozen knives, including a Sebenza. Nothing stood out as better for ME.
 
Before I got more into knives, I've been carrying a CRKT KISS I bought at a garage sale (guy had a TSA confiscation sale)

Now I'm rotating between my new Skyline, Scallion, and waiting for my Cryo to come in.

I carry the same knife every day; a spyderco barong. Rotation knives are always the 2nd one I carry, and are few and far between.
 
Rotate, mainly between these... SAK is always there, plus one of the modern folders:
