This is some of my high contrast San Mai. The core steel is 1095 and the outer layers are some high nickel and low carbon steel. It is pretty rust resistant, I even had a hard time etching my logo on it.
The handle is some nice cocobolo. It is held in place with 3 regular pins and one mosaic, along with acraglas.
The sheath is 7-8oz hand stitched and tooled leather. It holds the knife well and draws easily.
Dimensions
Blade - 4 7/8" tip to handle
OAL - 9 1/8"
Price - $300 shipped to US. I prefer paypal, but will accept check or money order.
The first to post here "I'll take it!" gets it.
