This'en is a san mai drop point, made from a billet I made of of nickle, and banding material, with a 1084 core sandwiched in , making it a nice edge holder, as well as a good looker. It is approx. 7'' o.a., with a 3'' blade. The blade is flat ground and just over 1'' at it's widest point. The spine is fully file worked, and the handle is a composite material. The handle also has 2, 1/8'' mosaic pins.

price is $200

**newer pics further down**

Thanks ,
Andrew Takach

yeah I love this knife that damascus is awsome, and a great looking design! I cant believe its still here...

I like the blade, I don't like the handle. I think it makes it look like a piece of kitchen ware or something. How many folds are in the blade?

well there are very low layers in the billet, it was like 30 some and then i folded a 1/8'' piece of 1084 in the center for a total of arround 60 some layers, i did that to get the broad bold lines of nickel. just the look i was going for on this piece.

just had it at the ohio classic show, got good reviews from everyone that held it, very ergonomical grip to the handle for a small hunter.

also the spine is fully fileworked which gives it a not so kitcheny look. but every one is entitled to there own opinion.
