This would look so good with orange/blue scales. Bring the custom option Jerry.

With so many options on the NMFSHCG it sounds like a official store offering similar to all the color options on the TGLB.

IDK, I may play in this one, but unsure till specs and pricing are posted. If I do sit out that's still a nice gift from the Shop since it saves me some funds for the next offering(s) to come.

Don't sit out on the NMFSH... Just don't :D It's been years, at least 8 years since the FSH first came out and was offered. Don't pass up the chance to snag one at factory pricing and I know the shop has said they have payment plans which I'll probably do (college budget) As for pricing, no clue but I'm guessing around $427 maybe? When the FSH's first came out (8 years ago in December 2004), the Heavy Ordinance 5/16" LE's were $597, the Heavy Ordinance Grade 5/16" were $427 and the CG 1/4" were $327. Those were 8" blades vs the NM 9 1/2" blades. And the NM are 15" overall vs the original 14" overall. Plus, factor in the NM treatment as well as the price of steel increases over the last 8 years. So my random guess is $427 base price and hopefully the DCBB finish doesn't push it out of my budget, but I'll hit up the coated blade as back up if needed ;)

Sand blasted finish is the same as satin? If it is not the same Will uncoated satin finish will be an option?
Also what is Double Cut finish?
THX for the pics

How do you make them float in the air like that ?

pffft, as if Jerry knows. Ask Jennifer. :D

I'm REALLY hopin they're 1/4" or less.

Me too, but they look thicker. :grumpy:

No, sand blast is not the same as satin.
No, satin will not be an option on these. Satin was reserved for the LE model that was already sold earlier.
As stated above, DCBB is a two step finish, with a grit media blast first, followed by a bead blast to smooth it out and close the 'pores'.

top one is double cut
bottom satin

Hope this helps. As for "What is Double Cut?" Scroll up a bit and find one of my earlier posts :) They have links to double cut discussions that may help. As for Satin finish, no idea. They just released the LE's which were satin, so they may not. Never know. If they don't, I'd contact the shop and see if they can do a custom job.

I'll take 5 CG NMFSHs and 5 ELMAX Trail Points.

Thank you so much for listening to us, Jerry!!! The NMFSH CG is going to be epic.

My order email is already ready to go:
#2 Jungle & Black Canvas
#1 Tanker & Black Paper
#1 Black and Black & Yellow G-10
#1 Double Cut & if Tigerhide is an option. If not, I may choose another handle option, or just get 4.

Good advice but I just received my NMFSHLE very recently, own a pile of both RMDs and Scrap Max variants, and many other Bussekin knives similar to the ones offered here. It's why I'm not certain if I'll play till specs and prices are posted.

The NMFSHCG is very appealing though. And on a payment plan it wouldn't hurt much at all.

Considering you have the NMFSHLE then you're set :D

Let me guess...first we especulate for two days about the pictures, ¿now we especulate about the price? ¿and how to order?...I´d feel much happier if I could place the order and go to sleep after a scotch.
