    Hello, for sale i have the following:

    Santoku style Paring knife

    Made from 52100 carbon steel using stock removal
    Thermocycled to achieve a fine grain throughout and treated to approx 60-62 HRC
    Cocobolo scales with black G10 liners, brass corby bolts and mosaic pin
    Blade length 3''
    Overall length 7.5''
    Spine thickness above heel 2.2mm (0.085'') tapering to tip
    Width above heel 1''
    Full flat, plungeless grind. Almost to zero with a 17 dps secondary bevel added
    Spine has been rounded for comfort

    Please be aware that the makers mark did not turn out as it should and has been slightly rubbed out as shown in the photos

    I can see that set up being a peeling machine, trying to envision the blade angle in hand.
    That being said, it is gorgeous, good luck with the sale.
