Sar-8 and Black Paper

Hey D! I went for Black Paper; I want to see what the hype is about! There are a lot of Hogs that love the black paper micarta, and I have yet to own a Busse with BP slabs. Did you end up picking up a SAR-8 as well?! With the zero edge, it is ready to chop and very easy to maintain. I will be sure to post pictures of usage as soon as I get a warm day down here in PA...:):thumbup:

Once you put that black paper in your hand you will be infected with BPSD.;)

It's all down hill from there, just look at Dobywon. It's like you can't own anything that's not black paper after you have it.

The black paper does seem a lot blacker than most of my others came from Busse.


Maybe they are taking oiling tips from Dobywon.;)


This is fast becoming one of my favorites.:D

I am beyond stoked with my SAR-8! Excellent blade and the finish is just perfect. I can't wait for a warmer day so I can really put it to use. Gotta love a zero edge; makes sharpening a breeze :cool::thumbup:

Oh that is SO not fair, because I've actually had problems lately, with Adblock accidentally removing pictures it wasn't supposed to, so I genuinely have been missing some pictures that were posted :p :p :p

Sorry, Amy... When I D/L'd this pic and saw the effect of the jacket reflected on the blade, I just couldn't resist messing with him a bit! :D Too bad he dropped offline before seeing it. :)
