Sauce

my own Nuclear HellStorm sauce:

- 2 cups habenaros
- 2 cups jalepenos
- 2 cups cayanne pepper
- 2 cups paprika
- 2 cups shredded raw garlic
- 1/2 cup sea salt
- 1/2 cup shredded onion
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 liters Wild Turkey Bourbon

Whew ... 2 cups of habaneros :eek: .... how do you put out the fire ????
 
I have had to cut back tremendously because of acid reflux. It has gotten so bad, with brand name or store brand Prilosec, that I cannot eat after 8 PM. I used to drench my burgers with ketchup, now, it's A1 sauce and salsa. The kind that I get is sold at the local Giant and Weis supermarkets, it's called Garden Fresh or something similar. The salsa does not have the sauce, it's just diced vegetables. Really good, and not just for chips. I put it in omelettes, and on burgers. With A1 sauce, it's like the Fourth of July.

Venison has figured heavily into a lot of meals during the week. Other than chili, it is marinated in all kinds of sauces. Gonna have to make a list.

My burgers can become messy

Usually like them on rye or 12 grain bread,
mayo, slice of block cheddar cheese, vidalia onion slice, beefsteak tomato slice, salsa or A1. If I have romaine, I might put that on the sandwich, but I am not ruining that sandwich with iceberg lettuce.
 
Tabasco, Tejas Pedro, A-1, Lea & Perrins (ONLY TYPE!) Worchestershistershire Sauce. :D

My Wife has me hooked on Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce as well, best BBQ Sauce I have tried yet.

I really like Texas Pete better than Tabasco although I grew up using Tabasco. I cannot find Texas Pete around here anymore so I went to Cholulu, I think that's how it is spelled. I love Texas Pete on french fries, DAMN! Who needs Ketchup? :D
