is anybody else having problems with them? i ordered a knife around 3-4 weeks ago and didnt hear boo from him. i sent some emails and none were responded to. i tried calling the number listed and it doesnt work. i already disputed it with my CC. i was just wondering if i am the only one and if not to pass on the info so nobody else has to deal with this sort of thing. in the past i have ordered from them and gotten the knives pretty quick.
 
We all were happy with Savon's then he (they) started not delivering. I was lucky and read about it here, before dealing with them again.
 
I've run into the same problem. 3 emails (no replies) and more than 15 phone calls (can't get through, the line hangs up automatically, a recorded message stating the line is not operating or being checked for "errors"). Unfortunately, my knife was a gift and I don't want to bother my brother in law with fighting it with his cc company. I'm going to send the knife back with a return receipt and all my emails and shipping docs and request and exchange.

It sounds like you might well lose the knife you have, if you do so. This may be one of those situations where it's better to live with what you have. Of course you might get lucky, but I'd bet against it.
