Scammer Alert - Nitaino

Member Nitaino, Steve Vasquez, purchased a Busse Hellrazor then files a Paypal claim later that afternoon, probably after he figures it shipped, claiming non receipt. Then emailing to complain that I bought it a few weeks prior for 49 dollars cheaper.

So what? No one forces you to post "i'll take it" then login to Paypal and pay for it.

I have several business and run over 2 million in sales through Paypal per year and have a personal relationship with them, They called me to let me know Steve called them trying to open multiple claims for the same transaction, Guess what? Let's get one of our fraud specialists in here.

When I called him on his crap, his response-

"Right. Dont play dumb, how are you gonna file a fraud case if i never even recieved your item. I'm from New York City, not some cabin in the woods. Disappointing coming from a well known sheath maker. Shame on you."

Yep shame on me for going the extra little bit to make sure Paypal is aware of your activities.

Save yourself some frustration and avoid this guy. This is exactly why I do not sell to low post count people on here.
 
Don't get mad cause i found out before you even shipped it. Frankly, i don't care what you have to say about me. I know who i am and that's the only thing that matters to me.
 
The links provided by Nitaino do paint a picture. Any clarification Skystorm? As it stands I know who I would avoid doing buisiness with.
 
So is there any confirmation that the Used Hellrazor is the same one that was being sold as new? If that is the same one then yeah, that is pretty shady to sell a used item as new, but if Skystorm had two then he could easily buy a new one and sell a used one.
 
Look at the patina in pic 1 of the used listing and 3 of Skystorms. Looks to be the same knife. Sad for sure.
 
Which part of 'It's been convexed' is difficult to comprehend? Besides the fact that if you had a problem a simple, hey I changed my mind and want a refund and not try to make multiple 550.00 claims with Paypal.
 
So is it a known to be used knife that was sold as new? That seems to be the crux of the issue on Natainos end.
 
I know it seems rather cliche to say this but, integrity is everything in the knife community, not just Bladeforums. Without it, that reputation that takes years to develop can be quickly lost in a matter of minutes.
 
It is not used. The blade was convexed which was already stated and shown in the pics provided. That aside, Do you or the scammer care to explain how attempting to open multiple claims to the tune of 2200.00 is somehow justified if all you wanted was a refund, that was never asked for I might add.

For the record my integrity is just fine as anyone who has dealt with me already knows. I will go way over and beyond to provide excellent customer service but I will not sit around and be scammed by some low life. I had thought the point of the GBU forum was to make others in the community aware of potential problem people since that is not the case, No problem I won't bother wasting my time helping out in the future and that will be the last thing I sell on the exchange here.
 
How is one able to open multiple claims based off of a single transaction?
 
Good question, That is why the fraud department was called in the business manager said he had never seen that happen and wanted immediate clarification, Apparently he talked to several different reps in multiple calls. Didn't receive it, then not as described, then two for fake.

I was just trying to watch this thread. I don't know what happened between you two, but if it was indeed the knife in the two links he posted, I can see his point to an extent.

Other than that, I'd suggest a little more professionalism from you. I personally wouldn't give you my business based on this thread alone. Of course, since you won't be selling here or "wasting your time" on us anymore, I guess I don't need to concern myself with that.
 
By all means feel free to sell your knives to him. Since you've already been warned don't be surprised and don't complain if you wind up 200% in the hole by doing so.

Point is pics and description were provided, if you needed clarification then ASK. Decided you changed your mind for whatever reason and want a refund, no problem, ASK. I have never forced anyone to keep something they did not want or changed their mind on, buyers remorse happens.

Decide you want not one, or two, or three but 4 TIMES what you paid through obvious scam tactics. Well that's NOT going to happen. You don't want us to ever build a sheath for you because we won't stand by and get ripped off, that is perfectly fine with me and I will be happy to recommend you to a few other good sheath makers.

I'm going to open this one back up but I ask that only Nitaino or Skystorm post.
 
I did not open multiple claims. Paypal decided in my favor, however i was asked to send the knife back in order to get a refund. Obviously, paypal didnt realize that knife has not been shipped yet, so they canceled the initial claim and re-filed a new one as a canceled transaction in order to put the funds back in my account. Skystorm keeps making strories up and now calls me a low life. Really??
