Scammers SUCK! Is it time to upgrade the “Exchange Rules” ???

I for sure am not letting anyone send me a 1099 for taxable income on items that I paid taxes for and later decided to sell. NO F'ing WAY. It could also cause me trouble reporting income for my disability insurance. I had to drop doing Amazon Vine Reviews because of that.
While I agree 100% and almost everything I've ever sold either here, eBay, or various other online market places I've lost money from what I paid for that item, "therefore not taxable", but our nefarious government has already eluded to the fact that using "F&F" payments to bypass reporting is "tax fraud", because you're purposely using that function to avoid 1099 reporting. It drives me crazy!!!!

The only thing I would add is that I'm a long time member and I spend a lot of time reading posts but don't really reply or start new posts that often, so my profile looks like I spend most of my time selling on the exchange. I enjoy using the exchange because I buy way too many knives and then something else peaks my interest and I sell something to buy something else.

With even the timestamp pics being so often photoshopped these days, I've started offering proof of life in a way that's harder to fake. I'll hold the knife up in front of my computer screen showing the message chain between me the the interested person, and also the current time. Nothing glamorous, but would be really hard to create on the spot.
