Scarmaker Integral by Todd Begg

Hi Gig,

I didn't Sh*t on the thread. An individual a few months back said they would pay $1000 for the knife. I asked the question as the funds from the sale were going to charity and were going to be matched. Perhaps he didn't know the knife was now available. Im sure the charity would have liked the additional funds.

With the last price posted of $575 and the matching funds I figure the charity is now getting $1150. I'm just a dumb ole country boy but I think $1150 is more than $1000 and probably qualifies as "additional funds".

Well it looks like for a dumb ole country boy you have excellent math skills!!!!!!:D :D

Hope you enjoy the knife Bill!! It comes with a bit of a story, but every good knife deserves a story!!!

Well, my cipherin' skills may be excellent, but I just re-read WWG's last post for the 3rd time and it finally sunk in what he was actually saying, and now I don't feel so smart any more. :( Sorry WWG!

Just wanted to say thanks to Win - the Bill's custom case he offered arrived today, priority mail! Only 2 days from UT to CT - jeez, you must have mailed it 10 minutes after Peter's post!!:D

I expect the knife will be turning up shortly, I'll keep everyone apprised - thanks again to Peter and the Beggs.

Bill, I see you know something about Utah! That was way too quick, I'll have to talk to the horses!

Enjoy the knife, that was a real nice gesture on your behalf. Todd's work really appeals to me, I've owned a few and I believe I have some on order.

Peter et al,

The Scarmaker arrived today in perfect condition and it is awesome - beautiful and nasty at the same time! My wife thinks it looks like a toucan, I think it kinda looks like a raptor claw - all in the perspective I guess:D

Thanks again to Peter, the Beggs, Win Heger and Coop who all did their part - I think the way things turned out is great for everyone (especially me!)

Bill
