I got the resin over flames on the weekend;

one more heat, and it'll get squeezed out through cloth- there is tons of needles, moss and soil in these nuggets. There probably won't be too much resin after all is said and done, but not much is better than none, and the effort is enjoyable.

I add some to a salve I make for my grumpy winter hands but am curious if there's something else I could be purposing it for.

it's an ingredient for a leather preservative/waterproofing concoction. Mostly experimenting at this point
