Hi all,

I'm new to this forum and the reason I registered are the recent problems I've encountered with knifezilla.com. In plain description, I ordered three items off the website for exactly two months ago without yet receiving any of them nor an answer from Joshua Burbank upon my numerous attempts to contact him, the individual behind knifezilla. Now, I've made some research of my own and it has come to my understanding that he is not the quickest dealer out there to deliver, but in addition to this it is possible he might have run into trouble with the law lately rendering him unable to operate his business? No matter what the reason might be I am really getting frustrated and simply want my stuff which I've paid for. I would be very grateful if anyone has more info to share on the current status of Knifezilla and Josh, as well as possible advise on how to proceed with the whole situation (perhaps through law?)

One obviously important detail is that I reside in Sweden which I am sure affects the whole situation to the negative.

Thanks in advance
DelVecchio

DelVecchio,
I had a problem trying to reach Josh (PVK-Knifezilla) for a couple of months. I always received the best of service from him, so I was becoming concerned when I had placed an order for knife pouches and lubricant, and hadn't heard anything for about a month. I stopped payment on the check I sent, then about a week later (Monday of this week), I get a short email from PVK saying my order was shipped. I sent them an email telling them that I cancelled the check I sent for the original order, and that I would pay them in full once / if, I receive the package. I haven't heard anything back from them yet.

When I received that short email, it was just signed, PVK. It was always a direct communication from Josh before that. That's all I know man. I wish I could give you more information on what's going on at PVK-Knifezilla. Birdave

Hum,

Why is this posted in General?
