SDS and Scott Long EDC...

Sweet, very nice Mike. Scott did a great job on that one. I relly like the slightly longer blade and drop point. Well done.

That blade by SDS is very nice, I love the curve. Is it forged? The curve and what looks to be forge scale near the handle make me think it is. Either way it is a beaut.

that's a great comparison pic of the 2... :thumbup:

i'm not too sure if the SDS is forged.. i thought it was stock removal... i was noticing those marks when i got it and i wondered the same thing...
 
Mike, that knife is a stock removal knife. The marks you see are mill scale. I liked the way it looked so I didn't clean it all off.

I really like the looks of Scott's knife. Looks like it would do just about anything you could ask of a knife of this size.
