Seafood for Good Friday......?

My church does have a knights of columbus fish fry, but they still charge a good $5-7 bucks a plate. I'm sure that is a great deal in Canada , but for a broke college student, that's going to add up every friday.

Volunteer to help them clean up and they will likely give you food for free. If you're not a member, I'd be happy to send you the form. I was a broke college student once myself.

They've been trying to recruit me for 4 years now . I did my Eagle Scout project at my church which was building and donating 8 benches in the courtyard area. I'll stick to fishing on the side . I do purchase bar-b-q plates whenever they sell those on certain Sundays, mainly cause I'm with my family and they buy them for all of us . I can get away with that as long as I'm a student.
