Searchign for a knife for the wife

I know you said it was expencive, but I still would recomend the Delica in som foxy color. It's a epic knife, very intuitive and easy to use(spyderhole).

Maybe try to search for a used one? Or a good deal?

I think you can find a pink Delica online for around 100$ if you are lucky.
 
It will be better for you to take the wife to a knife shop and let her pick out something she likes.

Also, don't surprise her with a new bedroom or dining room suite, nor re arrange the kitchen for her.
