What was I ever thinking with the Pineapple Upsidedown Drew cheesecake?

Bacon and Blue Cheese is absolutely brilliant! :thumbup: I'd substitute candied pecans for the walnuts, but otherwise, this has now knocked the pineapple into 2nd place.
