"Sebenza" From eBay - real or fake?

Thank you all for you replies. My large Sebenza 31 arrived on Saturday along with a used small sebenza 21. It only took 1 open/close to figure out the other knife is a fake. Both of these knives are awesome! CRK customer service did message me back over the weekend saying to send in the knife to be verified. I'm assuming the person answering emails doesn't know enough about the knives to comment on the photos. I'm going to use the fake knife to practice sharpening then eventually toss it. I see a terribly expensive habit forming with the CRK's

The straight leg on the R in the logo is another giveaway. some good fakes now have the proper curved leg, most do not.

They like to see the actual knife. Many have gone to this as fakes have gotten better.

It’s fake. No date codes on the insides of the handles. No steel type stamp on the blade tang. It’s a 21 style but doesn’t have the perforated washers. In my opinion it’s definitely a fake.

The first thing I noticed was the wrong “R.” If it didn’t cost much, having a fake in hand allows for a detailed inspection of such chicanery.
