Sebenza needs an update

I have blades in ElMax, M390 and at least one variant of 204 and for my uses I detect zero enhancements over current and recent past CRK steels. If it would be economical for them to produce knives with these different steels, perhaps they could sell more knives at a higher price. Make it a premium (as in costs more but not necessarily better) option. I'm not particularly interested in buying these "improvements/differences".

I come across many ceramic bearings at my job. The balls CRK is using are the ceramic balls from inside ceramic ball bearings. I can tell you, a bearing will fail, due to failure of the metal bearing race, and the motor, pump, or generator will chew the bearing race and even the axle to peices, but those little grey balls remain perfect. The inside of the machine will look like a bomb went off, but the ceramic balls will all look brand new, strewn about the inside of the windings etc.

They are incredibly durable.
This is 100% accurate. In my years on the workforce I've seen and noticed the same thing. I've seen big drums go into a high speed roll down and just make a sound like nothing you have ever heard and all the "innards" be a tangled mess but the ceramic balls are essentially unaffected.

I love m390. Crk could give us m390 at its current price point. Olamic pumps out mid techs under 400$ with m390. Benchmade provides us with m390 in a full size blade(581) for 200$ so I don't think asking for a steel upgrade is asking to much.
I'm fine with s35vn but at 400plus$ it leaves a little to be desired. I'd like to see s110v also. Same goes for RHK not just picking on crk.

The 21 is perfect! I plan on getting a few more over the years if they don't go changing things. To me, changing steel is not changing the knife. I would love a Knife Art CF Insingo in M390 or 20cv. I would buy two or maybe three and sell everything else!

The steel is not so much of a concern to me. But I'd love to see some medium sized CRKs. 21, Inkosi, Umnumzaan with something around a 3.25" blade length.

I'd like to see some more variety in the entire line. How about woody or UG tanto, Insingo or Inkosi. More handle options like the new carboquartz or a return of the annual program as mentioned earlier. You don't have to change the knife to keep it fresh and interesting.
