The SnG is marketed as a hard use duty knife. It has obvious physical features that enhance gripping the knife in various positions, and will do so with gloves on, in inclement or hazardous conditions. The G10 scale has more grip than a bead blasted Ti scale, the blade shape is a drop point utility, and it's flat ground for best overall cutting in a wide variety of material. The choil allows a close hold to the point for finely controlled cutting.
The Sebenza is marketed as a finely made, precision tool to a technically aware higher end market. It's hollow ground, IIRC, and the blade cross section is less. It has a smoother profile, and no choil. CRK offers lots of stock and custom CNC designs as decor for the grip. It ships in a leather pocket slip case with a "birth certificate."
Price, S30V blade and Ti framelock are about all that are similar. They are two different knives, made for different buyers, and a great education in knife designs that are actually polar opposites.
You may want to look into a lot more of what they are about, handle each, and consider your real question: What do I think of myself if I choose this one?
