Sebenzas... You gotta love em'

I bought one a few years ago and it didn't really appeal to me. After going through just about every other knife out there I tried one again and it's the only knife I carry now. There's just something simple about it. I carry the large regular and beat it up daily and almost lost it once by setting it down after using it, so now every every time I use it, back in the pocket it goes.

I too am a fan of the Sebenza and have 2 users. However ,as you mentioned if your budget is a bit short, maybe this isn't the best time for you. It appears that you have other good knives, bm 42, spyderco and a strider. Why don't you use those since you already have them?

Or, if you are set on the Sebenza, sell the others and take the funds and purchase a small sebenza for $330. When you get your new knife, just drop it onto the floor so you can get your first "ding." Now it isn't perfect and you can use it. I did this with both my new Sebenzas .
