I am showing the Kris blade ahead by 36 votes.

I personally think the question was rigged and quite confussing. The ballot was to hard to read and I think we need to do a recount till it's done right!

NO RECOUNT! The Kris is the obvious leader. I still prefer the Nemesis, though. :p

I tried to choose but for some reason, my vote never gets tallied in any of the polls I tried so far. :confused:

Maybe it's because of a hanging chad. :rolleyes:
 
The Florida Supreme Court may have ruled for the Kris, but the US Supreme Court has selected the Nemesis.
 
are you high? it says nemesis is ahead by 7 votes...

and so the Kris blade would basically, BASICALLY, look like this?

It appears that some voters may have unintentionally voted for the BudK kris, and then realizing their error, voted again for the MT kris. Because these double votes were automatically disallowed, the MT kris is six votes behind. A hand recount will be necessary to clarify the issue. The Kris Party is very confident that such a recount will indicate the MT kris to be the actual victor.
 
Looks like the Nemesis is going to get the nod on the first run of a new design. The BudK image above is pretty close on the blood groove kris design I had in mind. Difference being less curves, holes in the groove like the Nemesis and a more usuable last curve towards the tip.

  I don't guess I can recall seeing a MT Black Two Tone blade, altho Mike mentioned he had a Two Tone CTII ... does anyone know of a URL pointing to a pic of one of their Two Tones?

  Also, any update on the logo/maker's mark that'll be used for the Tachyons?

Mike said that the kris blade that Microtech would offer would be different than any other.

Howsabout a lightning strike looking kris, with flat edges (easier to sharpen) but lot's of angles.

I love the smaller balis anyways, and I hope that you will make both.

I concede that having less than 100 votes either way might be a chancey way to base a blade style on, that I'm sure if you made both, we'd buy all that were made, especially if there were more blade profiles in the future. Much like the PC/BM legacy, true collectors will have to own one of each, maybe two.

I am really excited about all the new options comming out.

Will Microtech make any "custom" knives, or are they strictly going to release production sets.

I could see a Microtech custom damascus kris blade with factory ivory inserts, and a tritium studded latch, (somehow). (drool......)
