I'll echo the sentiment of everyone else here that this forum is amazing. Easily my favorite site on the web.
 
This is one the very best sites on the entire internet.... the 25 bucks I send every year is a fantastic bargain! Thank You Mr. Spark for having the vision for our little slice of internet heaven and for also having the courage to implement this site just as it is... I honestly can't tell you the amount of shear pleasure I take in logging in everyday an checking out Bladeforums.

Sparks, thanks for providing a fun place to hang out. I've made quite a few internet buddies and some people I am glad to call friends. I've learned a lot, and am still learning.

I'm a retired CPA who was involved in negotiations for the purchase of many dozens of businesses - bought a business on my own as well. The starting point for value is the net present value of the cash flows. With long term interest rates this low, 4 to 5 times annual earnings is a joke for any business, much less one whose annual earnings can be easily increased.
