I'd like to echo everyone else and say, thank you for all you (and the other mods) do, Spark!

My knife collecting experiences would not be complete without this site!
 
Same. I've learned so much in my time here.
Sharpening for example. I found I have 10 year experience of not doing it properly until I joined BF.

You know, I'm a member of many different forums for many different things: Paintball, firearms, knives, cars, etc. and this is the first forum I have ever liked enough to go for a paid membership. Thanks for operating the forum with the greatest community on the web!
 
I've never been on a site so perfect despite having open membership.

I really admire your ability to say no to the offer of money. It makes me feel like forking over some cash for a paid membership simply to appreciate the site.

I am new to BF, but after navigating through the ins and outs of the site I am very impressed. I see great integrity on all levels of membership, from owner to basic members. Glad to be a part of it and am excited to share some good times with other blade addicts!
 
Thank you for providing this "safe haven" where us knife nuts can safely talk about knives, away from the rest of the non-knife people who just don't understand....

I have really learned a lot from my time here, and I would hate for BF to change.
Thank you for keeping this site the way it is. No matter how much they offer, don't ever get rid of Blade Forums.

Awesomely done, Mr. Spark (aka Kevin of the pink tu-tu)! I've been in love with this site for over 13 years, and it really is the best place on the internet to discuss knives.

When they offer you $1Million, though, I suggest you take it.:D

Either way, you really should at least double the pay for the Moderators. They do an amazing job!
 
4-5 times earnings is probably pretty a pretty typical price for a small to mid sized private "media" business these days. so, whether you want to sell or not, at least they seem to be semi serious. I would ask for 5 times EBITDA myself at a minimum.;)
 
This place is without a doubt the greatest gift ever given to the knife community. I have made life long friendships because of this place.

How do you thank someone for that? Words fail me.
