Right on! Glad this thread was helpful to someone else as well. Let me know what you think when you get it. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the large. I'm loving the small bit of course I have that "what if..." feeling about the large.

I am having the same feeling with the small!
I know the large will be best for my hands and most tasks but some days a small might be an easier carry instead of the usual slipjoint I would pick.

I received my 21 today! So impressed by the whole presentation: the packaging and the cloth and everything...

Oh, and the knife!
After making my decision I was reeeeeally nervous that I should have gone with a large. However, I'm pleased to report that the size of the small is absolutely perfect for me. Handle length and blade length it's very comparable to the other knives that I tend to carry, all while being in a much sleeker package.

I am so, so, so thrilled to start carrying this and using the snot out of it. I'm already thinking about what I can sell to fund my next CRK.

Thank you everyone so much for the recommendations! I am beyond thrilled to finally own a Sebenza! Woohoo!

I found for the small the 21 was better than the Inkosi as the small 21 is slightly longer in the handle than the small Inkosi. I have yet to see a picture of the large inkosi next to the large 21 but in the large size any minor size differences don't matter as much.

So I'm away on vacation all week. Typically on our yearly trip to Arizona I bring 2-3 different folders of different sizes and intended uses. This year, having just received my small Sebenza I decided to make it my only knife for the week. I gotta say, it's handling everything quite well!

Thanks everyone! I just want to state again, after carrying for another day, that I can't get over how perfect this size is for me. I keep looking at it expecting to have a feeling of "if only it was a little bigger" but it's just not happening. I was planning on selling both a Slysz Bowie and Spydichef to fund the purchase of a large but honestly, based on how the small is handling everything I think my next CRK might just be a small insingo (I also really have a hard time selling off knives that I like and I do love my chef and bowie). But man, I'm just so happy with this knife!

It's funny, I just lined up the small in my hand just like in your picture and it's proportioned the same way for me! I guess I have smaller hands. Either way, glad we both have a perfect sized sebenza!

You picked the right one then! I wear an xl glove and wanted a knife I could get a good grip on.
