Selling at shows - worth the time and money?

Gun shows can be a great place to find some higher end production knives for under MAP. I was really tempted to buy a 940-1 when they first came out because I found a guy who was selling all his Benchmades for 20% off MAP.

I agree. Benchmades are often lower at the gun shows in my area, that's also because there's always at least 3 dealers in attendance. They are not marked at a lower price, but you can always get a lower price if you ask. Spydercos have dried up at gunshows.

Gun shows are generally a waste of time for someone interested in selling knives.

Most people know very little about guns, and even less about knives.

Making a profit selling knives at a gun show is highly unlikely.
