Just say must be 18 to buy item and that covers you. If they lie, not your fault. If they commit a crime with the knkfe, not your fault. There really isn't a risk

Thanks again for all the advice. Still new to all this. I went a little nuts and bought too many in one month lol. Need to make up some cash now. So just trying to sell off a few knives.

I suppose some nanny states might have a law against people under 18 buying knives, but to MY knowledge, most do NOT have said law.

On the other hand, many BUSINESSES have a POLICY about not selling knives to minors. A policy is not a law. And those policies are primarily to cover their posteriors in the event said purchasing minor cut him/herself or someone else.
