Serious lags!

Same here. I just posted a reply to a post that didn't show up even after refreshing the page twice, then when I posted again, the first one was suddenly there.
 
1:37 am, 508 users.... Most places in forum are extremely laggy tonight. Especially when trying to post in any topic. Usually has been taking up to 30 seconds for post to appear once reply button is pushed. To avoid double posting i generally sit and wait it out. At other times posting seems to function as normal, so it's an intermittant problem.
 
Midnight EST at the moment.I have had lags on and off for the last 4 hours.Anywhere between 1 and 5 minutes.Sometimes it just hangs until timeout.
 
Spark, I think it's worth noting that no one has mentioned receiving the "Server Too Busy" message (I, for one, have not gotten it once in the last 5 days or so that I have been experiencing these lags). The fact that we are not getting this message might help your tech guys isolate the problem..

Lag has been really bad tonight. No "server busy" messages just slow page loads sometimes taking minutes per page.

Come to think of it I haven't gotten the "Server Too Busy" notice myself for quite some time.

On the other hand I have been experiencing one helluva lot of one too two minute lags this evening and tonight!
Like so many others I've been getting a few now and then on different days but nothing so bad I felt like I needed to report it, unlike tonight.

Gotta agree with Mark, Kudos for taking care of things for us Spark!:thumbup: :D
 
23:11 EST and painfully slow loading of pages,this is the 3rd time i tried to post this response,the first time it sat for 2 minutes doing nothing,second time it timed out,3rd time 2 minutes and it suddenly appeared when i refreshed the site.

10:25 Central.

The lag is atrocious. One double tap because of it. Pages won't load, and posts don't appear to go through for a long while.
 
I had a few double taps early this morning (midnight to 2-ish AM EST), but no problems since... weird.

Agreed that it is very slow today. My main problems seem to occur when I make a post or edit a post. The post or edit will go through, but the screen will just stall out. I have to be very careful not to double post, but invariably, when I go back and check later (after the lag subsides), the post is there.

Pages have been getting progressively slower to load over the last 3-4 hours,anywhere from 15 to 60 seconds.Reminiscent of being on dial up.
Not every time,maybe 10 times an hour.
 
I have been having trouble the last few days as well. When I try to post it just stalls. If I refresh or change pages during that stall my post is sent through almost immediately.
 
Took over 4 minutes to reply to a post, opening thread, pasting previously typed post and hitting submit at 2:26pm CST to 2:30pm today.
