At 10:00 am CST this morning, it took 15 minutes to get to here. 5 to load BF, 5 to load subscription list then 5 to post. Then, when I hit submit reply at 10:20, it loaded like usual.
No it didn't, never did till I resent at 11:44 (when resetting up at office)
