Server issues @ BFC?

It was worse with the dotDefender problems back in 2015. If the current issue is firewall/security related (doesn't seem to be, but what do I know), I can understand the reluctance to provide details, but some type of update from Spark would be nice.

Still working with our hosting compay to try to nail this down. They are blaming a DDOS attack, I'm telling them that all traffic should be coming from Cloudflare and that anything else should be firewalled out, they aren't responding
