Off-Topic Share your animal friends!

I've been enjoying the comfortably distant company of a nice fluffy skunk who has been wandering slightly closer to my porch. I like watching it explore, seeing it dig up grubs to eat, etc.. I try to take pictures but the camera on my phone is bad at distance and it usually happens at the beginning and the end of the day when light is less abundant. Much like the little birds I can never photograph, this little critter makes me happy. It's a big part of the reason I like to sit on my porch. They enrich my cigar experience, especially when I am alone and I don't have human friends or family with me.

@Chronovore don’t listen to him, he’s giving you bad advice.

You’re supposed to wait in hiding and then surprise it suddenly for truly lasting results.
 
Traffic keeps coming so I’m stuck here until Chris gets here with a shovel. He won’t move while I’m watching him but he only moves once I’m 20 meters away and of course each time we had oncoming traffic
